Join us for this year’s University of Orange Graduation Ceremony!
Monday June 29th, 6PM: Free Registration on Eventbrite
We cannot wait to celebrate all of your accomplishments at our graduation this year on Monday, June 29th. We are honored to have Ayako Maruyama as both our graduation speaker and the designer of what is sure to be the greatest, strangest virtual commencement of the year.
Our graduation is a recommitment to our values. At UofO you can graduate every year as an expression of our permanent commitment to learning, civic participation, and having fun with our neighbors.
Wear a hat and bring a treat of your choice— cake or a summer fruit would be great but a visit to our digital campus may inspire you to make a latke!
In order to graduate you have to take two UofO courses, volunteer, vote (it doesn’t have to be in a governmental election), attend a city meeting, and have fun with your neighbors. This year we are expanding our requirements to acknowledge shelter in place restrictions. Haven’t seen your neighbors but you left them valentines in your building lobby? Couldn’t make a city meeting but attended a protest or called or emailed your elected officials? We’ll take it.
