Sarah Howe is a development professional with 20 years of experience working for small business and workforce development in emerging economies. Sarah has worked on multiple sides of the issue in Indonesia, both with women-owned-and-operated businesses in underserved localities as well as with a national organization on advocacy for fair and just economic development policies. While working on her MSc in Public and Urban Policy at The New School in New York City, Sarah focused on the analysis and development of policies and programs, both public and private sector, that deliver equitable outcomes for their communities. She holds a BA in Public Administration from the University of Ottawa, a post-grad Management Diploma from Capilano University in Vancouver, and Project Management qualification in Australia.
