Music City Festival: Unforgettably Orange!

University of Orange announces the 8th Annual Music City Festival in Orange, NJ –  MUSIC CITY FESTIVAL: Unforgettably Orange! will take place on May 10th, 11th, and 12th with a special pre-festival event on May 4th.

**Friday’s performances have been rescheduled for the rate date, May 17th**

On May 4th, we’ll be hosting a fourth installment of the ‘Wind Down’ Concert Series, highlighting local R&B and Alternative artists organized by festival organizer Jhette Lafond at  the huub.

May 10th, 11th, and 12th will feature over 20 performances from local and regional artists, across a variety of genres. May 10th sees tassa extraordinaries Riddim Explosion return to Orange, May 11th has renowned jazz drummer Greg Bufford perform with his trio and May 12th has a selection of R&B, hip hop and jazz curated for an enticing afternoon of music. Venues this year include the HUUB (35 Cleveland Street) on Saturday May 4th, Sarrah’s Cafe Trinbago (Central Avenue and Scotland Road) on Friday May 10th, Inner City Cafe and Mister Taco (South Essex Avenue) on Saturday May 11th, and Hat City Kitchen (Valley Street) on May 12th.
